The current fee for each session is $120. This amount may differ if you are utilizing insurance or EAP benefits.
An intake session, which is the first session, lasts for 55-60 minutes. Follow-up sessions last approximately 45 minutes.
Research suggests that the best results are experienced when committing to therapy on a consistent basis. Because of this, it is recommended that therapy is attended on a weekly or biweekly basis until therapeutic goals are met.
At this time, all therapy sessions will be conducted virtually.
